Beloved wife of Richard P. Prichard, after years of illness. A resident of McLean, VA, Jin was born in Seoul, Korea and moved to the United States with family in 1972, settling in Raleigh, NC; then moving to Summerville, WV in 1974 and Northern Virginia in 1976. She became a naturalized citizen in 1981. Jin received her Registered nurse certificate in 1992, her B.S. Nursing from George Mason University in 1995, and her Juris Doctorate from Catholic University, Columbus School of Law in 2000.
Jin practiced nursing at Georgetown University Hospital, INOVA Fairfax Hospital and Prince William County Hospital. From 2000-2002, Jin worked at McDowell and Associates, P.C. in Fairfax, VA .
Jin is survived by her loving husband, parents Chun Hoe Kim and Byong Il Kim of Annandale, VA., brother Tae Son Kim of Seoul, Korea, brother Tae Kuk Kim of Centreville, VA, sister Helen Kim Lange of Miami, FL, and large extended family.
Richard will receive guests on Saturday May 19 in the club house of the Colonies Condominium of McLean, VA from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m., with light refreshments. The service will begin at 1:00 p.m. The address is 7681 Provincial Drive, McLean, VA, 22102 but for GPS use 1775 Old Meadow Road, McLean, VA. Enter at the main gate and the guard will direct you. This location is a half mile walk from the Metro silver line McLean station.
